Claustrum

An unfinished armored chat attempt with complementary tools.

This is an abandoned project. It got too big for me. I upload it with instructions in case someone is encouraged to continue it, with the condition that it remains free.

Here is a link to sourceforge project page: https://sourceforge.net/projects/claustrum/

A mirror of the same initial .zip to Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1wg8p0tgbvr3k5o/Claustrum.zip?dl=0

An here, the task list. (See also the wiki page of the project on sourceforge, and the help dialog into the program)

– In Safe Box: Radiobutton to choice the default cypher parameters or customized parameters.
– Asymmetric cypher: make it work
– Make work the chat itself.
– Create the in same chat console protocol for new private connections between users.
– Make the possibility of use a centralized/descentralized database for the p2p/f2f circles.
– Make it work with No-IP (permanent ip for each user)
– Implement proxy, VPN an other functionalities (Tor, I2P, etc.).
– Make the possibility of host encrypted files/info through users in a private P2P/F2F, for example, if one user wants to send something to another that isn’t online (data persistence).

Optional:
– Email manager with pgp implemented
– Implement a P2P/F2F file sharing between users in a private P2P/F2F circle.

Maybe, that this project has potential. I do not know. Feel free to modify it. I am not an expert programmer, surely there will be security improvements to make.

And, if you need any clarification about the original idea and functions of the program, please let me know.
